What is Micro-Que'd? The term Micro-Que’d means our sauces are produced in small batches, somewhat similar to Micro-Brewed Beer, the traditional time-honored way. Unlike many mass-produced national brand barbecue products offered in the marketplace, we take pride in every single bottle we produce! Larry’s face is on every bottle so it better be great! Our sauces are tomato based, slightly smoky, with just the right amount of sweetness but not too sweet, has great mouth-feel, tangy, and possesses a very unique blend of spices. We use pure cane sugar, natural dark brown sugar and genuine Black-Strap molasses as our sweeteners and produce a product made in the traditional time-honored way. It costs more to produce a product like ours; in the hand crafted old-world way, however our sauces will stick to the meat and not end up in the fire. And, not to forget that our products caramelize beautifully for an awesome genuine delicious BBQ'd glaze.
